Committed since 2010 to a sustainable development and social responsibility approach (known in French as DDRS), Polytech Montpellier obtained the DDRS label for engineering schools in 2016 and again in 2020, and was named Responsible Institution of the Year. The school trains its student engineers in their future social responsibility, through initiatives on gender parity, inclusion, sustainable transitions and innovation.
