Made for the association Les Cahiers Pour Décider et Agir, this film presents a co-decision assembly held on Île-Saint-Denis (93). For this project, I followed for several months the participants who built, assembly after assembly, proposals to improve healthcare in the town. The particular feature of these co-decision assemblies is that the Mayor commits in advance to approving the citizens’ proposals at the Municipal Council.

The aim of this film is to offer a new way of living and nurturing democracy in our country.
